Upcoming reservation exports and a refreshed package list

Cohesion Smart Experience on desktop and mobile

Upcoming reservations and building events can now be exported to CSV. Pick a date range ahead and you get a list you can plan around.

Package management gets a refreshed list with mobile cards and a working bulk notify. Inspection settings add type combining and a Building Types tab.

Fixes cover unexpected logouts after app updates, the Building Info Save button, vendor series approvals, mobile visitor times, and role dropdowns.

Export upcoming reservations and events

You can now export upcoming reservations and building events to CSV for any date range ahead. Use it to plan staffing, share the week's bookings, or hand a list to your front desk.

Refreshed package management

The package list has a new table, card views on mobile, and a cleaner toolbar. Bulk notify is back, and packages that get skipped are called out so nothing slips through.

Combine inspection types

Inspection settings now let you combine types without deleting the originals, and each building has a Building Types tab for managing its types in one place.

  • ExperiencePlatform

    Fixed users being logged out every time a new version of the app was released.

  • ExperienceBuilding Setup

    Fixed the Building Info Save button staying disabled.

  • AccessVendor Management

    Fixed Approve Series and Decline Series only updating the request you clicked instead of the whole series, and fixed the View Series and Edit Series links.

  • AccessVisitor Management

    Fixed visitor times on mobile showing in the device's time zone instead of the building's.

  • AccessRoles & Permissions

    Fixed role dropdowns only listing roles a user already had instead of every role available in the building.

  • ExperienceSign In

    Fixed policy links on the first sign-in screen not opening, so they now open in a new tab.

Improvements
  • SavvySavvy Dashboards

    Added embedded Savvy dashboards inside the Cohesion portal for enabled buildings.

  • ExperiencePackage Management

    Updated row-level Notify to only appear for packages still awaiting pickup, matching bulk notify.

  • ExperienceBuilding Setup

    Added missing validation messages on Building Info, so a rejected field like zip code tells you what's wrong.

  • ExperienceConfiguration

    Updated Configuration to hide the old Notifications tab on buildings using the new roles and permissions, where it no longer applies.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Simplified the image size hint by removing file types already listed on the upload control.
