Fresh Updates for Spring: Kastle Integration, Temp Controls with WebCTRL, and Simpler Visitor Management and Work Orders

A spring refresh unifies Visitor Management and Work Orders across every device, brings Kastle into the unified credential, and connects mobile temperature controls to Automated Logic's WebCTRL.

Filing a work order or adding a visitor now works identically on desktop, iOS, and Android, cutting training time. Kastle credentials join the unified credential alongside existing access systems, and occupants can nudge their space's temperature within set limits right from the Comfort section of the app.

Access control, amenities, notifications, inspections, and vendor management all get incremental improvements, and the platform itself moves to Angular v14 with strengthened SOC2 and ISO 27001 alignment.

Unified Visitor Management and Work Orders on any device

Visitor Management and Work Orders now work the same on desktop, iOS, and Android. Filing a work order or adding a visitor follows the same steps on any screen size. That cuts training time, since staff only have to learn one flow.

Kastle joins the unified credential

Kastle credentials now sit in the unified credential alongside other building access systems. Users get one access experience instead of switching between credentials and apps. Entering different locations works from the same place.

Mobile temperature controls via Automated Logic WebCTRL

A new connection to Automated Logic's WebCTRL lets occupants adjust the temperature within set limits from the Comfort section of the app. Facility teams can monitor trends to keep the building comfortable. Fewer small comfort requests turn into service calls.

    Added Genetec two-way sync, with pre-defined card formats, visitor home floors, cardholder group management, and certified CCure 3.0 support.

    Updated amenity links to use the primary brand color and appear above their descriptions.

  • ExperienceMass Notifications

    Updated Mass Notifications to show the newest messages first and let users see messages they sent even when they aren't a recipient.

  • MaintenanceWork Orders

    Added Tower and Building Model support to work orders, improved comments and redirects, and opened the Configuration tab to admins who aren't super admins.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Updated date displays and filters, deficiency workflow enhancements, corrected address reporting, and custom forms deployed for select clients.

  • MaintenanceVendor Management

    Added COI expiration to the vendor table, with fixes for visitor recurrence, activity tracking, and permissions.

  • AccessMobile

    Updated the mobile apps for iOS 18 with newer Origo, Altbeacon, and OpenPath SDKs, and fixed presence check-in and the keycard toggle.
