Unified visitor management and work order experience across web and mobile

A spring refresh unifies Visitor Management and Work Orders across every device, brings Kastle into the unified credential, and connects mobile temperature controls to Automated Logic's WebCTRL.

Filing a work order or adding a visitor now works identically on desktop, iOS, and Android, cutting training time. Kastle credentials join the unified credential alongside existing access systems, and occupants can nudge their space's temperature within set limits right from the Comfort section of the app.

Access control, amenities, notifications, inspections, and vendor management all get incremental improvements, and the platform itself moves to Angular v14 with strengthened SOC2 and ISO 27001 alignment.

Unified Visitor Management and Work Orders on any device

The Visitor Management and Work Order interfaces are now fully unified across desktop, iOS, and Android, so filing a work order or adding a visitor works the same no matter the screen size, reducing training time and boosting daily productivity.

Kastle joins the unified credential

Kastle credentials now integrate directly into the unified credential alongside other building access systems, giving users a single all-in-one access experience instead of switching between credentials and platforms to enter different locations.

Mobile temperature controls via Automated Logic WebCTRL

A new connection to Automated Logic's WebCTRL system lets occupants make small temperature changes within set limits from the Comfort section of the app, while facility teams monitor trends to keep the building comfortable and reduce service calls.

    Amenity links now use the primary brand color and appear above their descriptions for easier access.

  • ExperienceMass Notifications

    Newest messages now surface first, and users can view their own sent messages even when they aren't a recipient.

  • MaintenanceWork Orders

    Adds support for Tower and Building Model configurations, fixes tooltip positioning, improves comment handling and redirects, and opens the Configuration tab to non-super admins.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Updated date displays and filters, deficiency workflow enhancements, corrected address reporting, and custom forms deployed for select clients.

  • MaintenanceVendor Management

    The vendor table now displays COI expiration, with fixes for visitor recurrence, activity tracking, and permissions.

  • AccessMobile

    iOS moves to iOS 18 support with the Origo SDK updated to 3.3.0 and presence check-in fixes; Android updates the Origo SDK to 3.3.1 along with the Altbeacon and OpenPath SDKs and matching presence check-in and keycard-toggle fixes.
