QR codes turn any asset into something a technician can scan on site to check specs, log an inspection, or open a work order. Every change to an asset lands automatically on its activity log, and bulk upload brings hundreds of assets in at once instead of one at a time.
Custom variables, dropdown links to inspections and work orders, and clearer space labeling round out the release.
QR code tagging for assets
Scannable QR codes give field technicians mobile access to asset details, so they can check specifications, log inspections, or create work orders on site. Codes can be printed individually or bulk-generated from the asset list.
Asset activity log
Every change to an asset, work order creation, status updates, file uploads, and notes, is tracked automatically on a timeline on the asset's detail page, creating a transparent record for audits, handoffs, and troubleshooting.
Bulk asset upload
A three-step import process (upload, validate, import) brings in hundreds of assets at once, with support for custom fields, space associations, and other metadata to cut down on manual entry.
