Space reservations and embedded maintenance get more flexible this week — without forcing every building onto the same floor-plan vendor or layout.

Floor plan canvas lets you power amenity and desk booking from an uploaded GeoJSON map or PDF, with simple polygon authoring in the admin experience. Teams that already use Archilogic keep their current flow; the canvas is an additional provider you configure per floor.

Smart Maintenance embed brings the React maintenance experience front and center: deep-links to assets, inventory, and requests, rendered edge-to-edge inside Cohesion.

The floor plan canvas is rolling out behind a feature flag in production environments. Archilogic remains the default provider, so existing reservation floors stay unchanged until you opt in.

Give tenants and operators a clearer way to browse and book desks and amenities. Upload a GeoJSON desk map or PDF floor plan per building and floor, draw reservable spaces in-app, and keep Archilogic as the default when you don't need a custom canvas.

Smart Maintenance deep-links in the host shell

Embedded Smart Maintenance now opens the new React experience for assets, inventory, and work-order requests — full-bleed inside Cohesion so maintenance teams get one consistent workspace without a double gutter from the host app.

    Operators can draw arbitrary polygons to place a space (click points, Finish) and remove placements with a per-polygon delete badge.

    Maintenance embed routing points at Smart Maintenance React routes for assets, settings inventory, parts inventory, and work-order requests.
