Roles & Personas goes broad, plus Parking and Building Model on Blueprint

Cohesion Roles & Personas and Blueprint admin screens

Roles & Personas takes over the frontend this week, and Parking and Building Model both move onto Blueprint.

A mode-driven AccessService now sits behind permission checks platform-wide, with a compatibility shim for buildings still on the legacy experience. Company- and user-scoped permissions resolve correctly across invites, group pickers, and visit hosting, and the Roles & Permissions grid gets sticky headers and a denser layout.

Parking management moves to Blueprint for assigning, purchasing, and managing inventory, and Building Model's spaces, zones, amenities, and bike room configuration follow the same pattern. Event RSVP gets a UX pass, and a long list of fixes lands across visitor management, building setup, and inspections.

Parking management moves to Blueprint for assigning, purchasing, and managing inventory (ENG-2184), and Building Model's spaces, zones, amenities, and bike room configuration follow the same pattern.

    Save Company no longer silently fails for CreateCompany-only users (ENG-2142), and Assign > Users, group pickers, and the per-user Roles tab all resolve company and My Company scope correctly.

  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Building-switch no longer races with a 401 on company-by-code lookups, and Occupancy and Intelligence scope options unlock correctly for role assignment (ENG-2188).

  • ExperienceUser Management

    Invite and Edit User company scope resolves through User Management module permissions, and company list pagination aligns with the shared datatable.

  • ExperienceBuilding Setup

    Property mappings and empty lists now persist correctly, sidenav scrollbar and the Save footer render properly, and tenant logos display as expected.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Multiple photo upload works again on Form.io inspection forms.

  • ExperienceSupport

    Zendesk visibility now follows RBAC v2 Support module grants, and the custom-link menu permission picker allows all modules again (ENG-1898).

Improvements
  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Multi-company scope lands in the module assignments grid, template-linked user roles show correct company rows, and non-RFC-4122 backend GUIDs are accepted as valid role IDs (ENG-2134).

  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Bulk-delete on user assignments no longer fires a storm of concurrent calls, and the Roles & Permissions grid gets sticky headers and a denser layout (ENG-2163).

    Roles list no longer collapses to a single row after an edit (ENG-2140).

  • ExperienceEvents

    Event RSVP flows get a UX pass for clarity and consistency (ENG-2167).

  • ExperienceVisitor Management

    Company scope for Visitor Management now resolves through the Visit-scoped endpoint, and self-scoped users return correctly as the visit host (ENG-2149).

  • ExperienceMenu Configuration

    Drag-and-drop nesting in the menu tree no longer duplicates tooltips, and the nav menu gets a visual refresh.
