Roles & Personas goes broad, plus Parking and Building Model on Blueprint

Roles & Personas takes over the frontend this week, and Parking and Building Model both move onto Blueprint.

A mode-driven AccessService now sits behind permission checks platform-wide, with a compatibility shim for buildings still on the legacy experience. Company- and user-scoped permissions resolve correctly across invites, group pickers, and visit hosting, and the Roles & Permissions grid gets sticky headers and a denser layout.

Parking management moves to Blueprint for assigning, purchasing, and managing inventory, and Building Model's spaces, zones, amenities, and bike room configuration follow the same pattern. Event RSVP gets a UX pass, and a long list of fixes lands across visitor management, building setup, and inspections.

Parking management moves to the Blueprint layout for assigning, purchasing, and managing inventory. Building Model's spaces, zones, amenities, and bike room setup follow the same pattern. Both now look and work like the rest of the platform.

    Improved company scope in Visitor Management, so self-scoped users show correctly as the visit host.

  • ExperienceMenu Configuration

    Updated the nav menu with a visual refresh and fixed duplicate tooltips when nesting items in the menu tree.

    Fixed Save Company failing for users who can only create companies, and company scope in Assign Users, group pickers, and the user Roles tab.

    Fixed switching buildings sometimes failing company lookups, and Occupancy and Intelligence scope options for role assignment.

  • ExperienceUser Management

    Fixed company scope on Invite and Edit User and company list pagination.

  • ExperienceBuilding Setup

    Fixed property mappings and empty lists not saving, the sidenav scrollbar and Save footer layout, and tenant logos.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Fixed multiple photo upload on inspection forms.

  • ExperienceSupport

    Fixed Zendesk visibility to follow Support module permissions, and the custom link permission picker to allow all modules.

    Fixed the roles list collapsing to a single row after an edit.
