Report defaults apply to every building

Cohesion Smart Maintenance experience on desktop and mobile

A single inspections fix. The default cover image and disclaimer you set in Settings > General now apply to your existing buildings, not just new ones.

    Fixed the default report cover image and disclaimer from Settings > General only reaching buildings created after they were set. Existing buildings without their own now use the defaults too.
