Savvy by Cohesion portfolio dashboards

The quarter's headline is Savvy, Cohesion's real estate intelligence tool, launching in beta with eleven portfolio dashboards and AI-driven analysis for building performance questions.

Vendor management, visitor and amenity search, and deficiency reporting all pick up reliability fixes and new capabilities, including exportable inspection data and image-free reports. November's SOC2 vulnerability patches and a round of iOS and Android SDK updates close out the release.

Cohesion's real estate intelligence tool launches in beta with eleven portfolio-centric dashboards for asset visibility and AI-driven analysis that surfaces insights and answers complex questions about building performance.

Vendor Management enhancements

Activity log reliability improvements, a simpler auto-approval interface, and hotfixes for work-order shortcuts and configuration duplication.

    iOS gains refined BLE credential management, Zendesk as the primary support channel, and Instabug for bug tracking, with the Kastle SDK updated to 3.7.16 and HID downgraded to 3.1.0. Android adds the HID SDK upgrade, Kastle 3.7.16, ANR fixes, and Android 14 compatibility.
