Savvy, Cohesion's real estate intelligence tool, launches in beta with eleven portfolio dashboards for asset visibility. AI-driven analysis surfaces insights and answers complex questions about building performance. Owners and operators can see the whole portfolio in one place.
Vendor Management enhancements
The vendor management activity log is more reliable, and auto-approval has a simpler setup screen. Fixes also land for work order shortcuts and duplicated configuration.
