Faster front desk ID scanning

Version 1.244 (1.244.0 to 1.244.2)

ID scanning at the front desk is fast again. Scans that had been creeping past a minute on busy readers are back to normal, and the reader status on the Devices list now reflects reality.

This release also fixes the user Roles tab and keeps work order text consistent across web and mobile.

Improvements

  • AccessVisitor Management

    Updated the visit tag "Who can assign" picker to list your current roles, so the choices match how access is set up in your building today.

  • MaintenanceWork Orders

    Updated work order fonts so text looks the same on web, iOS, and Android.

  • SavvySavvy Dashboards

    Added the Performance Summary dashboard in Savvy, covering platform actions, badge swipes, credentials, active users, and support tickets, with a PDF report export that matches what's on screen.

  • SavvySavvy Dashboards

    Added dashboard tile customization in Savvy, so you can reorder and hide tiles, and exported PDF and PowerPoint reports follow your layout.

  • SavvySavvy Admin

    Added a branded welcome email when an admin creates a Savvy user, plus a Resend invitation action on the users and organization members tables.

  • AccessGenetec

    Updated the Genetec integration to give visit hosts escort permission automatically.

Fixes

  • AccessVisitor Management

    Fixed ID scans at the front desk slowing to over a minute and getting worse the longer the reader stayed connected, and fixed readers showing as connected after they dropped.

    Fixed the user Roles tab showing a "User's Company" placeholder instead of the user's actual company.

    Fixed the access summary on the user Roles tab counting products instead of modules.

    Fixed some inspection form sections being dropped when their names ended in an underscore and a number.

    Fixed a brief sign-in settings outage leaving the app on a blank screen instead of loading.

    Fixed Savvy invitations for single sign-on users, who now get an "Accept Invite" link that signs them in instead of a password setup link they can't use.

  • AccessVendor Management

    Fixed read-only roles such as Security Guard getting an error when opening a vendor request's details and attachments from the activity log.

  • AccessSingle Sign-On

    Fixed users set up by an administrator being added to an extra building and company the first time they signed in with single sign-on.

    Fixed inspection PDF reports failing to generate with a "Building details missing" error.

    Fixed completed inspection reports occasionally never showing up when saving them failed, which is now retried automatically.
