Faster front desk ID scanning

Cohesion visitor management on mobile and desktop

ID scanning at the front desk is fast again. Scans that had been creeping past a minute on busy readers are back to normal, and the reader status on the Devices list now reflects reality.

This release also fixes the user Roles tab and keeps work order text consistent across web and mobile.

Fixes
  • AccessVisitor Management

    Fixed ID scans at the front desk slowing to over a minute and getting worse the longer the reader stayed connected, and fixed readers showing as connected after they dropped.

  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Fixed the user Roles tab showing a "User's Company" placeholder instead of the user's actual company.

  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Fixed the access summary on the user Roles tab counting products instead of modules.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Fixed some inspection form sections being dropped when their names ended in an underscore and a number.

Improvements
  • AccessVisitor Management

    Updated the visit tag "Who can assign" picker to list your current roles, so the choices match how access is set up in your building today.

  • MaintenanceWork Orders

    Updated work order fonts so text looks the same on web, iOS, and Android.
