Redesigned visitor check-in in the Cohesion platform

This release focuses on visitor management, credentials, and maintenance operations, with a redesigned check-in flow and a more unified credential experience leading the way.

Visitor check-in gets easier navigation, faster check-ins, and stronger security, along with visit duplication and automatic date/time defaults for repeat guests. Keycards from Apple/BLE and Google/BLE systems now live under one unified credential, so users can manage access across buildings from a single place.

Work orders, vendor management, amenities, chemical inventory, and mass communications all pick up meaningful updates this release, rounding out a broad pass across the maintenance and experience products.

Visitor Management redesign

A refreshed check-in experience brings easier navigation, faster check-ins, and enhanced security, plus the ability to duplicate visits and automatically set the date and time for repeat guests.

Unified credential system

Keycards from different buildings and spaces can now be organized and managed within a single platform, consolidating Apple/BLE and Google/BLE credentials into one unified experience.

    Updated interface adds expanded action options, refined filtering and search, and improved audit trail tracking.

  • MaintenanceVendor Management

    Adds support for multiple Certificates of Insurance with expiration alerts, vendor notes, freight elevator and loading dock specifications, and vendor archival with filtering; validation now blocks work order requests from vendors with expired COIs.

  • ExperienceAmenities

    Overlapping reservations can now be edited, and visibility can be restricted to specific groups.

  • MaintenanceChemical Inventory

    Adds bi-annual audit checks and an enhanced dashboard with pagination and filtering.

  • ExperienceMass Communications

    Redesigned UI supports rich text, a standardized layout, and recipient visibility.

  • AccessMobile Credentials

    SDK updates for HID (3.2.0) and OpenPath (0.4.4), improved Google Wallet usability, and enhanced elevator beacon detection.
