Elevating Your Experience: Major Updates to Visitor Management, Work Orders, and More

This release focuses on visitor management, credentials, and maintenance operations, with a redesigned check-in flow and a more unified credential experience leading the way.

Visitor check-in gets easier navigation, faster check-ins, and stronger security, along with visit duplication and automatic date/time defaults for repeat guests. Keycards from Apple/BLE and Google/BLE systems now live under one unified credential, so users can manage access across buildings from a single place.

Work orders, vendor management, amenities, chemical inventory, and mass communications all pick up meaningful updates this release, rounding out a broad pass across the maintenance and experience products.

Visitor Management redesign

The visitor check-in experience is redesigned for easier navigation, faster check-ins, and stronger security. Visits can be duplicated, and dates and times fill in automatically for repeat guests. Front desk staff spend less time on each arrival.

Unified credential system

Keycards from different buildings and spaces can now be organized and managed in one place. Apple and Google BLE credentials are combined into a single unified credential. Users no longer switch between cards to get through their day.

  • MaintenanceWork Orders

    Updated interface adds expanded action options, refined filtering and search, and improved audit trail tracking.

  • MaintenanceVendor Management

    Added multiple Certificates of Insurance with expiration alerts, vendor notes, freight elevator and loading dock details, and vendor archiving. Work order requests from vendors with an expired COI are now blocked.

  • ExperienceAmenities

    Improved amenities so overlapping reservations can be edited and visibility can be limited to specific groups.

  • MaintenanceChemical Inventory

    Added twice-yearly audit checks and a chemical inventory dashboard with pagination and filtering.

  • ExperienceMass Communications

    Updated Mass Communications with rich text, a standard layout, and recipient visibility.

  • AccessMobile Credentials

    Improved mobile credentials with newer HID and OpenPath SDKs, easier Google Wallet use, and better elevator beacon detection.
