Access Profiles, amenity browse redesign, and mobile deep links

Roles & Personas gains Access Profiles this week, and two customer-facing features land alongside it: a redesigned amenity browse grid and universal links for mobile.

Access Profiles let admins bundle permissions once and assign them across modules, instead of setting each module by hand. Role assignment now handles mixed scopes correctly, and a role watchers view shows who holds a given role.

Amenity browse adds a floor-plan toggle next to the card list, so tenants can switch views while looking for a space. On mobile, iOS and Android email links now open straight into the Cohesion app. A batch of fixes rounds out the week across user list pagination, floor-plan reservations, and the visitors list.

Amenity browse redesign with floor-plan toggle

The amenity browse grid has refreshed cards and a toggle to switch between the list and a floor plan. Tenants can pick whichever view makes it easier to find a space. The floor plan view shows where each amenity sits before you book it.

Email links open in the mobile app

Notification and reminder emails now open directly in the Cohesion app on iOS and Android, instead of a browser tab. iOS and Android both register these links with the app. Tapping one takes people straight into Cohesion.
