Cohesion Roles & Personas admin experience

Roles & Personas gains Access Profiles this week, and two customer-facing features land alongside it: a redesigned amenity browse grid and universal links for mobile.

Access Profiles let admins bundle permissions once and assign them across modules, instead of setting each module by hand. Role assignment now handles mixed scopes correctly, and a role watchers view shows who holds a given role.

Amenity browse adds a floor-plan toggle next to the card list, so tenants can switch views while looking for a space. On mobile, iOS and Android email links now open straight into the Cohesion app. A batch of fixes rounds out the week across user list pagination, floor-plan reservations, and the visitors list.

Access Profiles for Roles & Personas

Roles & Personas adds Access Profiles: reusable permission bundles you can assign across modules, plus mixed-scope role assignments and a role watchers view for tracking who holds a role.

Amenity browse redesign with floor-plan toggle

The amenity browse grid gets a visual refresh with card layout updates and a toggle to switch between the list view and floor-plan view for finding a space to book.

Email links open in the mobile app

iOS and Android now register universal links, so notification and reminder emails open directly in the Cohesion app instead of a browser tab (ENG-2074).

Improvements

    Role users tab, mixed-scope module assignments, and user-import template columns are mode-aware for RBAC v2, and role list permission checks are refined to cut unnecessary fan-out (ENG-2119).

  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Company template fields show whenever RBAC v2 is enabled, and migration gates are unblocked ahead of go-live.
