Waiver signer export and ID scan alerts

Waiver signer reports now cover all time. Export the complete roster to CSV in one step.

ID scanning gets an alert when authentication fails, and the Vendor Request screen puts its actions where you can see them.

Export every waiver signer

Building teams can export the full history of waiver signers to CSV, not just recent ones. That's the roster you need when a fitness center audit asks who signed and when.

Alerts when ID scans fail

Guards now see an alert at scan time when an ID fails authentication. They can deal with it on the spot instead of finding out later.

  • MaintenanceVendor Management

    Improved the Vendor Request screen by moving request actions and sample documents above the instructions, so you don't have to scroll to find them.

    Added VIP visitor tags to another building, so its team can flag VIP guests when creating and editing visits.

    Added a disclaimer page to every inspection report, including custom-branded reports, which had none before.

    Improved ID reader reliability: idle readers reconnect quickly, unreadable scans aren't submitted, and you're prompted to flip the document when needed.

    Added document attachments to vendor requests, on the create and edit form and on the request itself, so insurance certificates stay with the request.

    Added the ability for operators with the right role to delete mistaken or duplicate packages from the package list or detail page.

    Added a note on work orders for MRI Angus buildings explaining that comments don't sync both ways with Angus.

  • SavvySavvy Uploads

    Added an uploads page in Savvy that tracks every upload from your organization through each stage, so you can drop several files, leave the page, and come back to check on them later.

    Added a data type picker to Savvy uploads, including a financial option for invoices and support for .eml files.

    Updated exported Savvy PDF and PowerPoint reports to include the same Analysis bullets shown under each chart on the dashboard.
