Walk-ins go from ID scan to checked in without retyping. Scan an ID with no matching visit, choose Create New Visit, and the visitor is created and checked in for today.
Walk-in visits from an ID scan
When a scanned ID doesn't match any scheduled visit, Create New Visit now carries the scanned name onto the new visit, links the scan to the visitor, and checks them in for today. The front desk handles a walk-in in one pass instead of retyping details.
