Cohesion platform admin and mobile experiences

This release is a broad admin and operations upgrade — new Roles & Personas for pilot sites, sharper work order workflows, and polish across visitors, packages, and building setup.

RBAC v2 introduces module-based role assignment behind the RBAC_v2_module flag (off in production by default). Pilot buildings can use the role wizard, template editor, and per-user Roles tab without disturbing legacy flows elsewhere.

Work orders gain permission-aware due dates, a cleaner mobile list, and one timeline for activity and comments — so coordinators and technicians spend less time jumping between screens.

Visitor management, package reminders, indoor air quality dashboards, and building detail pages all pick up incremental UX improvements in this release.

Roles & Personas (RBAC v2)

A new role-management experience for pilot buildings — multi-step role creation, module assignment wizards, and a dedicated Roles tab on user profiles. Assign permissions by module with templates and review flows, while legacy building-role fields stay read-only when the new experience is enabled.

Work orders list and detail refresh

Operators see due dates when scheduling is enabled, a mobile-friendly card layout in the webview, and a unified activity timeline with comments and attachments. Status and assignee edits respect role permissions so the right people can move work forward without opening every ticket.
