Visitor mobile numbers and cleaner inspection reports

Visitor check-in in the Cohesion platform

Visitor mobile numbers land in this release. Front desk staff can record a guest's mobile number at check-in and see it later on the visitor record.

Inspection settings get a cleaner workflow for managing types across buildings, and PDF reports lose the doubled building name and the empty disclaimer page.

The rest is fixes across visitor ID scanning, vendor time zones, building Wi-Fi settings, and event images.

Visitor mobile numbers

Front desk staff can now capture a visitor's mobile number at check-in. The number shows on the visitor detail view, so you have a way to reach a guest without digging through emails.

Easier inspection settings

Inspection types and buildings open in a read-only view first, and you can apply one type across several buildings at once. Types can be bulk deleted from the list, and building cover images now render at full quality in your reports.

    Fixed inspection PDF reports printing the building name twice in the page header.

    Fixed the "Other" permitted ID type setting, so buildings that allow non-standard government IDs can now admit them at scan.

Improvements
  • AccessVisitor Management

    Improved the check-in button tooltip when a visitor is waiting on watchlist approval, so staff know why check-in is blocked.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Added loading states to the sections and deficiency lists, so a slow load no longer looks like an empty list.

  • MaintenanceInspections

    Updated the add-building billing confirmation to point you to your account representative or Customer Support with billing questions.
