Custom Waivers, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Faster Work Orders

Digital fitness center waiver in the Cohesion app

Custom Waivers now grant access automatically on signature, Multi-Factor Authentication adds a new layer of account security, and work orders can be created straight from inspection deficiencies.

Digital liability forms apply the right clearances the moment a waiver is signed, covering spaces like fitness centers or conference rooms; the feature is in limited release, so reach out to client relations for access. MFA is now available across web and mobile, and inspectors can turn a deficiency directly into a work order without re-entering details.

Visitor management, access control, user management, and vendor management all pick up smaller updates and fixes, alongside full Android 15 compatibility.

Custom Waivers and automated access flows

Digital liability forms grant access automatically once signed, applying the right clearances to existing credentials for spaces like fitness centers or conference rooms. Set up templates from Clearance Templates in the Access Control configuration panel. Currently in limited release; contact the client relations team for access.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Web and mobile accounts can now be protected with an additional MFA layer, adding another safeguard around sensitive building management data.

Create work orders from inspection deficiencies

Work orders can now be generated directly from an inspection's identified deficiencies, carrying over the relevant details instead of re-entering them by hand, so response times are faster.
