Cohesion admin experience on mobile and desktop

Custom Forms and profile notifications both get a UX pass this week, with Roles & Personas continuing to round out behind the scenes.

The Custom Forms manage screen picks up new typography and a redesigned recipient selector, and profile notification settings move into a clearer, reorganized layout.

Roles & Personas adds a notifications prototype, a permission catalog, and fixes for role assignment on inactive module rows and mixed-scope modules. Package creation now captures the company code up front, the Smart Maintenance embed's location sync is restored, and a handful of fixes land across building setup, theming, custom forms, and documents.

Custom Forms manage experience refresh

The Custom Forms manage screen gets new typography, a cleaner layout, and a redesigned recipient selector, making it faster to build and assign forms.

Profile notification settings redesign

Users get a reorganized notification settings page under their profile, with clearer grouping so it's easier to see what's on and off.

    Set Permissions now loads roles from the RBAC v2 by-permission endpoint instead of the legacy list.

    Switch Building modal no longer fires a duplicate building-list API call.

    Email branding can now be saved for buildings that haven't configured it before.

    Live form view no longer intermittently denies permission to fill out a published form.

    Review Permissions button on the Documents module works again, with a dedicated view permission added.

Improvements
  • AccessRoles & Personas

    Role assignment now works correctly for inactive module rows when creating new users, and mixed-scope module assignments are handled across the assignment flow.

    Mass notification's role picker uses the RBAC v2 by-permission API, and a notifications prototype and permission catalog land behind the flag.

  • MaintenanceMaintenance Embed

    Location sync between the iframe and host shell is restored, and the embed header now wires into the Smart Maintenance iframe.

    Form validation gets clearer UX for required fields on create and edit.

  • ExperiencePackage Management

    Company codes are captured when a package is created, so packages route to the right company from the start.
