More Polish, More Autonomy: Visitor Management Now With Kiosks, Photos, and Digital Wallets, Plus Faster Onboarding with Default Clearances

Onboarding gets easier with default company clearances, and visitor check-in gets more autonomous with kiosks, photos, and digital wallet passes.

Admins can now set default access rules per company instead of configuring clearances by hand, and visitors can add their pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for contactless entry. A new photo capture step strengthens identity verification at check-in, and a beta self-service kiosk lets pre-registered guests check in without stopping at the front desk.

Mobile credentials, vendor management, access control, and Savvy all pick up smaller improvements alongside a round of patch fixes for stability across iOS and mobile.

Default Company Clearances

Admins can now set default clearance rules for each company. New users from that company get the right access automatically, instead of someone configuring clearances by hand. Onboarding is faster and access stays consistent.

Digital Wallet support for visitor passes

Visitors can add their access pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Entry is contactless and quick. That keeps lobbies moving at busy times.

Visitor photo at check-in

Check-in now captures a photo of each visitor. The photo helps staff verify identity at check-in. It also gives security a clearer audit trail.
