Setting default company clearances in the Cohesion platform

Onboarding gets easier with default company clearances, and visitor check-in gets more autonomous with kiosks, photos, and digital wallet passes.

Admins can now set default access rules per company instead of configuring clearances by hand, and visitors can add their pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for contactless entry. A new photo capture step strengthens identity verification at check-in, and a beta self-service kiosk lets pre-registered guests check in without stopping at the front desk.

Mobile credentials, vendor management, access control, and Savvy all pick up smaller improvements alongside a round of patch fixes for stability across iOS and mobile.

Default Company Clearances

Admins can now define default clearance rules for each company, cutting manual access setup and speeding up onboarding while improving compliance.

Digital Wallet support for visitor passes

Visitors can add their access pass directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for faster, contactless entry that reduces lobby congestion.

Visitor photo at check-in

Check-in now captures a visitor photo to improve identity verification and provide a clearer security audit trail.

Visitor Kiosk (Beta)

A new self-service kiosk lets pre-registered guests check in without front desk assistance, built for high-volume lobbies.

    Adds unified credential support for Kastle, upgrades the Kastle SDK to v4.1.9 and OpenPath SDK to v0.4.5, improves Bluetooth beacon scanning, and adds offline mode with connectivity feedback; iOS gains contactless provisioning for MAIDs.

    Adds decline comments for Certificates of Insurance.

    Adds the ability to cancel all future recurring visits at once.
