Package weight capture, visit details, and smoother theming

Release 1.250.0 adds package weight capture from label scans, a View Visit option in visit details, and a more consistent notification scope dropdown. It also improves theme loading and fixes several dashboard and navigation issues.
Package weight from label scans
Package intake now reads the weight from the shipping label and flags heavy packages so staff know which ones need extra care.
View Visit from the visit details menu
The visit details menu now includes a View Visit option for opening the full visit record.
Notification scope dropdown
The scope control on notification settings is now a dropdown, labelled the same way as role scopes.
Auth0 tenant API audience
The tenants admin screen now shows and manages the Auth0 tenant API audience.
More reliable themes and fonts
Every theme font is now bundled with fallbacks, and themes no longer carry over between buildings or revert to the default on first load.
Savvy dashboard embed improvements
The embedded Savvy dashboard now fills the full height of the page, supports light mode, and hides the Databricks logo.
Fixes
Corrected a one-day offset in the Occupancy & Utilization custom date range, fixed a clipped Allow scope picker on notification configuration tables, kept deep links intact when opening Smart Maintenance, and hid the global loader after first sign-in.
