Notification controls for roles and permissions

Roles and permissions now include notification controls. Each role has a Notifications tab, and each user can set the scope of the notifications they receive.

These controls apply to buildings using the new roles and permissions.

On buildings using the new roles and permissions, the Roles page now has a Notifications tab. Choose which notifications each role receives in one place instead of setting them user by user.

Notification scope in user settings

Users can now set the scope for each notification event in their settings, using a dropdown labelled the same way as role scopes.
