Welcome to the Cohesion Partner Demo Kit—a hands-on way to explore and showcase the power of digital wallet credentials. Whether you’re an access control manufacturer, integrator, or technology partner, this kit helps you experience our platform firsthand, demo it to your clients, and open the door to future integrations.

Before You Begin: Quick Setup Checklist

Make sure you have the following ready to go before starting your demo:

An HID mobile-enabled reader flashed with the correct MOB key
A smartphone with the Cohesion app installed or a laptop to access the Cohesion portal
An active Cohesion login
The names, email addresses, and company names of the users you'll be demo'ing to

Step 1

Set up your demo participants so they can receive and activate their credentials:

Log in at core.cohesionib.com
Go to Cloud Access Portal > Add User
Fill in Details (first and last name, email address, and company)
Under Group select your company name.
For Role put select "Demo User."
Click Next. The system will automatically send an email with a link to activate their digital wallet credential.

💡 Want to add multiple users? Use the Import Users button in the top right of the user page.

Step 2

They receive an email from notifications@cohesionib.com
They follow the link to set a password
They download and launch the Cohesion app
In the App tap the Add to Wallet
Tap the Add to Apple or Google wallet badge activate. Follow the steps through the process. Google and Apple have different steps.
On Success Setup, Credential is now installed in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Step 3

Grab the Mobile enabled HID Reader
Invite the user to tap their phone (or Apple Watch) to the HID Reader. There is no need to open the app as the credential will work in the background
A green light and Audible beep confirms a successful read.

Everything you need to support your demo:

Ensure users are running the latest iOS or Android version
Confirm the user has been granted clearances during setup
Didn’t receive the email? You can resend the activation email from the user’s profile
