February Updates: Continuous improvement. Continuous Delivery.

Article

At Cohesion, we’re continuously working to make building technology work better for tenants, building managers and owners alike. In February, we made some dramatic enhancements to some of our most loved features.

We already lead the industry in access control integrations, delivering the most seamless entry experience from street to suite. This month, we’ve improved user management for our customers using P2000. We added home floor sync capabilities for SiPass users to enhance our elevator call experience. And we improved our one-tap mobile credential configuration times by nearly 50%.

With new native capabilities, plus new integration options, our Service Request functionality continues to create new opportunities for our customers to manage their operations more efficiently. For our native service requests feature, we made it easier for management teams to manage billing workflows and monitor the status of every open invoice. For clients with existing installations, we also launched a real-time integration with Building Engines Prism. This allows full synchronization between the Cohesion service requests functionality and Building Engines. Work order creation, comments, status changes and more—all synched in real time. Other CMMS integrations are available, just ask.

And providing a tease into the awesomeness to come, we just completed our first 2022 Quarterly Hackathon. Cohesion Hackathons are a two-day sprint designed to give Cohesionites concentrated time to envision and get a head start on building what’s next. Twelve teams formed. Twelve teams delivered 12 near-production-ready working prototypes of future features and enhancements. We can’t show you those ideas yet but watch this space in the months to come!
