About the Position
We are searching for a technically skilled and client-focused Senior Technician to join our Client Relations team. From day one, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service. In this hands-on technical role, you will ensure top-tier post-implementation support and foster an outstanding customer experience. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of service, troubleshooting, and ensuring long-term client success.
What you will do
- Provide engineering support, including guidance to the team, for new building installetion with a focus on hardware and network solutions and database administration
- Collaborate with Support Engineers, offering strategic engineering advice to support deployments, hardware or connectivity issues, and technical processes.
- Collaborate with key team members like VP of Product and VP of Client Relations to drive the development process through strategic voice of the customer and deployment-specific technical requirements
- Oversee and manage customer deployment initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation of platform features and hardware devices when necessary
- Partner with Staff Engineer to ensure architectural alignment on product launches and database administration support.
- Maintain internal test bench and integration library to support new feature prototyping, certifications, and current development environment
- Engage with customers directly, providing support for hardware and network-related challenges in a professional and composed manner.
- Collaborate with Implementation Lead and ensure alignment across teams for technical execution and deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an adjacent field
- 7+ years of technical solutioning experience across both software and hardware
- Networking experience
- Proven experience as a backend engineer, with a strong understanding of hardware and network solutions.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and the .NET framework is highly preferred. SQL skills.
- Strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing scenarios, with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights without missteps.
- Demonstrated experience working on customer deployments, including product training and feature activation.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architecture, software engineering, and customer success.
- Ability to handle technical challenges hands-on and provide guidance across various engineering teams.
- Problem-solving skills with the capacity to balance multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality technical output.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
