3 things you didn't know about Nora
1) Her favorite design consulting project in graduate school was reimagining the tap room of a local brewery. Inspired by all of the competitive research, she has big dreams to start her own brewery with a Kellogg classmate. Aiming for a 2030 opening – stay tuned.
2) Having taken French since kindergarten, Nora was motivated to learn Spanish before college – so she spent a summer living in Oaxaca, Mexico with a host family who spoke no English. At the time, she reached conversational fluency – now, she can only remember “mas queso, por favor.”
3) From a young age, Nora’s parents often encouraged her to become a sommelier. She now realizes this was an excellent dinner party trick – having a 10-year-old open wine and discuss the tasting notes for family and friends. Like a fine wine, those skills have aged well.
